Introduction of the world's most advanced digital Lototo platform for process industries for maintaining utmost safety factors during Plant Shutdown. This Lototo Platform is presently working in JSPL.MSDS Plant, New Orders have been received from their SMS1 & SMS 2 plant.
successfully executed the laying of 204 m long slurry pipeline (150 mm & 200 mm Nominal Bore each, SCH 80 MS pipes) with MS support structure, valves, bends & other related accessories and installed two nos. of slurry pumps (LOBE Pumps, 221.3 m3/hr capacity each).
The erection & commissioning of the said activities were completed in record time when the COVID-19 pandemic situation was prevailing in the state as well as in the country. The slurry pilot plant facility is a unique facility in the country for generating useful engineering data to benefit in designing of commercial slurry pipelines with high solids concentration.
